For your elementary/tween from Science Sparks
Get your tweens and teens motivated with cash incentives (or other reward) to spend the time productively and get them used to contracts and negotiations. (Also totally useable with younger children)
Download this downloadable easily adaptable contract.
Instructions:
Proposer - Read through contract (The parent/guardian is the Proposer.) Modify as necessary. You could change payment to a reward of candy or coupons for things.
Ask Signee (child) to read through the contract and negotiate any amendments. My daughter negotiated to have three free skips per week without penalty. Other ideas maybe reducing the time for one event and adding to another.
Sign and proceed. Any further amendments now it is signed must be agreed to and signed by both parties.
